This internship will initially follow a project on Watson Analytics a leading Business Analytics (and social media analytics) tool developed by IBM. The project will involve learning more about Business Analytics, investigating and testing product features and building internal use cases e.g. sentiment analysis. Following reporting to Aramar management on this project, depending on the results, this could lead to building use cases for our customers and developing sales demonstrations.

This is a good opportunity for someone who is interested in a career in Business Analytics or Consultancy. The nature of this project lends itself towards an individual who is a self-driven, proactive, problem solver with an interest in data and technology.

Working hours:

9:00 – 17:30 with an hour for lunch.

Flexible days, initial project will be approximately 20 days. For example - this can be completed part time, 2 days per week. Or full time over a shorter time period.

Possible further placement dependent on performance during this period

Skills / Requirements

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- A proactive approach

- Able to follow logic and processes with attention to detail

- Able to work unsupervised

- Advanced Excel skills are desirable, but full training can be provided
